Neat and compact rooms with satellite television, climate control, and an individual safe.

fancy hotel, clean, excellent staff and the beds were very comfy. the service was excellent with parking on site. and they had a shop in the foyer.

The location was average, it's a pitty.

Perfectly clean and updated room with a safe box, a mini-bar, and iron/ironing board, and lovely view over the park from it.

I really enjoyed the room with view, the bed was very comfy. Great location for visiting coffee house and eateries close to the hotel.

Fashionable triple room, big beds. Extensive breakfast with a wide range of excellent food. Good service from the experienced, helpful staff members.

The place was clean and WONDERFUL, had personable and kind staff from the servers to the desk personnel to the housekeepers. The room was gorgeous and fantastic with a view, we stayed in all day. Enjoyed our time here.

Impeccably clean hotel, very attentive and caring team members from the servers to the desk personnel to the housekeepers. Beautifully maintained rooms with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe, etc.

This secured hotel offers plenty of a nice size and brand-new rooms. There is a good in-house restaurant, serving delicious dishes.

The pool was heated and I had delicious drinks in the main bar. The room I booked was updated and compact with bathroom and the AC, for instance. The breakfast was tasty, I appreciated its

My recent stay at the Hyatt Regency was exceptional. The hotel is located in a ritzy area, offering a luxurious experience from start to finish. The room amenities were top-notch and the breakfast buffet was of the highest standard. I particularly 

Good service. Good safe location in a nice part of town. Walking distance to museums and castle which were very interesting historical monuments. Walking distance to nice restaurants of all types.

My United (United is terrible!) flight to Mexico was delayed by a day and the hotel only gave me half off of the night I did not use.

The Nikko is well located in Polanco, has rooms that feel fresh and clean and are well equipped. the rooms are a bit small but are very cozy and comfortable, in the same manner
